Iconoculture hereby grants permission to Member to use written content from CEB Iconoculture's
online service for internal use only; provided, however, that the Company must always
attribute the written content to CEB Iconoculture by maintaining all registration and
service marks contained in such content and placing the following legend next to
"Portions Copyright 2011
The Corporate Executive Board Company. All Rights Reserved. No further reproduction
or distribution permitted without the express written consent of CEB Iconoculture"
If significant portions of any written content is used (i.e. any amount of one paragraph
or more), the author and title of the content must also be included in such legend.
By way of example, the phrase "Content excerpted from [title of content], written
by Harry B. Seers, Iconoculture's Consumer Strategist," after the legend language
described above. All attributions to CEB Iconoculture must be placed conspicuously and
in a manner at least as prominent as such other comparable authorship credit in
similar materials utilized by Member. CEB Iconoculture is among the trademarks or registered
trademarks owned by The Corporate Executive Board Company. All Rights Reserved. All other brand, product or service names
may be trademarks of, and are used to identify products and devices of their respective
Member shall not republish, repost, or redistribute entire documents internally,
nor use Iconoculture content in Member databases, newsletters, websites, third party
applications or distribute in any form externally without express written consent
from Iconoculture other than pursuant to the E-mail a Friend Program and IconoNewsletters.
Any violation of this "Use of Materials" may be cause for immediate termination
and revocation of the License.
Without limitation of Member's indemnity or other obligations hereunder, Member
acknowledges and agrees that it is solely responsible for obtaining all rights and
permissions from any third party that may be required before using any portion of
the Services in any manner not specifically included within the terms and conditions
of the License.
Iconoculture reserves the right to modify this Trade Mark Policy without notice.
